Little chance: Most males reach their adult height by 17 years give and take half and inch. At 19, with 5 feet 11, you are already in he taller segment of the population. Vertebrae have much smaller role to play in adding height as opposed to long limb bones. At this age, a focus on intellectual growth would give you more dividends later in life. Feel better

Maybe but may not: You are already pretty tall. You could have a little more growth but you are close to your final height. You can ask your physician to see if there is anything baout your health that culd allow more height. Usually around age 20 growth curves even out.

Growth: The rate of growth gradually slows after puberty. In males on average growth stops at 18 but can continue even up to 21-25. A lot of it has to do with genetics. Chronic illnesses and poor nutrition can slow the rate of growth. Once the growth plates of the knees and wrists fuse growth stops. The lower body usually stops growing before the upper body.
