Be checked: A congenital condition basically means you were born with it. We do definitely see congenital deformities in the spine, but they don't usually cause pain. If they did, you would just about have to had pain since you were born. So, if you are having "hard pain" as you put it, i would encourage you to be checked. It is probably another condition.
