Anxiety can: manifest in panic, agoraphobia (not going outside), triggered by specific circumstances, fears for health, death, etc. Unspecified simply means that the root of the symptoms or their manifestation has not yet been determined. If anxiety is global, Generalized Anxiety Disorder may be the next diagnosis, or Panic Disorder., etc. Yes, it may be mild but perhaps not. Peace and good health.

Anxiety NOS: Unspecified or "not otherwise specified" (NOS) anxiety is a more general or generic diagnosis for anxiety. It can include a range of severity from mild to severe. It can mean more information is needed to refine the diagnosis, eg, panic disorder, PTSD, OCD, anxiety for hormonal reasons, but at the time this is the best one can say. Take care.
