Anxiety NOS?: Anxiety disorder, not otherwise specified is a technical way if saying that your doc believes you suffer from an anxiety disorder (illness characterized predominantly by excessive worry or fear). However, s/he is not yet able to determine which if the anxiety disorders (panic d/o, specific phobia, GAD, etc) you have, or, your sxs may not fit into any more specific anxiety d/o.

Worry=anxiety: Worry can be good. Worry makes you sensitive to other people"s feelings, motivates you to want to do tasks on time & well, etc. People who don't worry don't care, which is bad. Too much worry is bad. Anxiety can make you irritable, tearful, unable to concentrate,or won't let your brain rest at night when you want to sleep. Continue to get help if you worry too much, it will make you feel better.
