Scientific Rx: Just use the stuff as a wash. This will clear mild acne in a few weeks. If it seems not to be working, your physician can add something that will work with it to clear you. Since you're female, it may be spironolactone, an antibiotic, or the oral contraceptive pill. Severe acne may require stronger Rx. Acne's unrelated to lifestyle; ignore "pop" advice. You're an adult now & need it gone.
