Hi i had a salicylic & lactic peel and was advised to use aquaphor. i'm acne prone and don't want to clog my pores how long should i use the aquaphor? it's been 2 days...

Not long: Generally a Salicylic Lactic acid peel isn't very deep. If your skin isn't still raw it would be ok to stop. You can usually tell when the Aquaphor is off your face may sting and burn without it if it is still raw. You can also wash your face with a mild soap like cetaphil, if you need the Aquaphor you can re-apply. That said, I would imagine after 2 days you may not need it any longer.
