Depends: This means you have a small defect in your knee cartilage and perhaps some 'wear and tear' on oyur meniscus. Whether anything needs to be done about this depends on your symptoms. If you are having severe knee pain, these things might be contributuing and could therefore be addressed. Follow up with Dr who ordered the MRI to discuss the way forward.
