See details: You have not asked a question. However, chronic hip bursitis may often be referred pain from the lower back and not a true bursitis. I would suggest an MRI of the area. If it is a true bursitis, the bursa can be surgically removed. However, from your description it seems the pain is likely related to lower back issues. Have you seen a pain specialist? If not, consider doing so.
