I have been using anti fungal treatment for almost 4 weeks and my ringworm has still not fully disappeared. how do i know if treatment is working?

May not be...: If your ringworm is not responding to store bought anti fungal cream - it may not be a fungus! This would be a good time to visit with your MD to have a medical opinion on the cause of the rash.
