I have ringworm on cheek, treating with anti fungal cream tirbenafine for four days now. how long until i see a change?? it says 2 weeks for clear up, but i've seen no obvious signs of improvement and it almost seems it's getting bigger. what do i do?

If it's not improving after 1 week (3 more days), contact the doctor or clinic where it was prescribed. If any uncertainty and/or your doctor is not a dermatologist, consider asking for referral to confirm the diagnosis and consider alternate treatments.
