Depends on rx: If you are dealing with a superficial fungal infection and are using a prescription medication, it usually takes 4-6 weeks to completely eradicate it. We do not prescribe over the counter antifungals since they are considerable less effective than prescription ones.

Couple of weeks: Ringworm located on the skin can take a few weeks to resolve. Tinea capitis, or ringworm on the head can take 1-2 months to resolve.
