Specific creams: For the most part, for typical "ringworm" or tinea corporis infections, which are usually caused by Trichophyton group. Other fungal skin infections include tinea versicolor (Mallesezia furfur) or Candidal skin infection usually in skin folds (Candida albicans). The best option for ringworm would probably be Clotrimazole or terbinafine (terb does not tx yeast)
