Needs Evaluation: Your symptoms are concerning to me. Its not clear if the headache is new or more chronic and I am not sure where you are having numbness. But if you woke up with a headache and new neurological symptoms (numbness on one side of you body), you have to treat this as an emergency and go to a hospital.
