Fit to travel: I don't know how it was determined that your husband had a concussion. Asumming that he had one, if he has not had any neurological symptoms like persistent headache, dizziness, light headedness, loss of consciousness, and weakness of arms legs or face by now, then there should not be any problem. He is fit to travel anytime.
