Rest: After a concussion it is best to rest the brain. Avoid tv, computer time, and even reading. Simply rest the brain. Ease back into activities only when feeling better. Acetaminophen might be better than Ibuprofen for pain due to increased risk of bleeding with ibuprofen. If the headache is worsening, he has blurred vision, mental status changes, dizziness, or other concerns he should be seen by dr.
