Could be : It is normal to have some asymmetry in testicular size. If one is getting larger or there is a hard lump or significant change in the way the testicle feels, please have evaluated in person to rule out testicular cancer. Hydrocele....: Infection by micro filarial causes it. At your age you can also have orchitis.......it is painful and tender. If it is of minimal difference....it can be normal variation of size.
