My gfr lab calc has been >60 since 2011,(alt&ast)have been elevated recently, as well as my platelets. should any of this be concerning?

Yes: Any time there is a worsening in abnormal lab findings, one needs to find out the reason. Why didn't the doctor who ordered these tests address these issues with you. Call your doc now. If you don't get a satisfactory answer, get a 2nd opinion from an internist.

Elevated liver func: Elevated liver enzymes and platelets are abnormal, but the significance is based on the degree of elevation and cause for the abnormality. You may need more testing to find out the reason for it. See your primary care doctor.

Annual labs . WBC 5.0 , RBC 5.42 , Hgb 15.5 , RDW 13.1 , Platelets 245. sRC .98 , efgr 99. NA 142 , k 4.7 , A1C 5.5 , AST 15 , ALT 31, calcium 9.7. Are these results ok? No symptoms just routine lab work done annually by my doctor who on vacation?
