Sleep disturbance: So clearly, try to get more rest and good quality sleep at night. Drink caffeinated beverages when need to stay alert. Tiredness is different from sleepiness. If you are finding you tire much more easily or are actually weak, or are falling asleep even when you have had a good 8 hours that day already, you should see a clinician and get some tests done. Good luck!

Some likely causes: Trouble staying awake daytime is a result of poor sleep-not enough sleep or disturbed sleep. If more than 6 hours/night and if you are restless, or snoring or jerking a lot at night, you may be asleep not getting any rest. Other common causes could be thyroid or adrenal problems or depression. Meet with your physician to get correct diagnosis. This is serious. Do not delay.
