Fatigue : Fatigue in the afternoon is a problem that many patient's have. It often has to do with changes in blood sugar after eating. Try to eat small, high protein meals through the day, and eat 4-5 small meals instead of larger meals. Be sure you are well hydrated. Try to take a walk at mid day if possible in the sunshine to stimulate your nervous system. Avoid excessive caffeine. Be sure you are sleeping adequately at night and go to bed earlier if needed.
