Does narcolepsy cause unrestorative sleep? I have eds + dsps. Even after 20-30 minute nap i wake up more tired than i was before.
Everyday after waking up eventually fresh, within an hour eyes start getting heavy, puffy & sleepy. I feel like to lie down & sleep eventhough body isn't tired. In evening, it gets normalised on it's own. Does this indicate narcolepsy type 2 ?
