when i eat i get very tired and usually pass out into a deep sleep for a short time. when i awake i grab anything close and eat. fatigue alot?

Fatigue: Needs much more detail to give meaningful suggestion ,are you obese? Obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome may account for your symptoms.
