I can't seem to sleep at night. i can get 4 or 5 hours of sleep and be awake all day and still not be tired the night after. what could be wrong?

Insomnia: Not being able to sleep is "insomnia", which even at 17Y.O.Age can have many different causes, each with a unique treatment plan. Please call your doctor, meet and discuss what is going on for you physically, emotionally, and in your life, as all of these factors can contribute to your body's sleep/wake regulation!

Short Sleeper: You may be a genetically short sleeper or you may be predisposed to bipolar condition, usually affects 1 to 5 % of population, usual healthy sleep is 6 to 8 hours.
