2 year old threw up once 2.5 hrs ago, no fever, acting normal, egg and cheese this morn. has had had pretzels since he threw up and fine. sick?

Fatty meal : There could be a few reasons why a 2 year would vomit after a meal . He is likely not digesting a fatty meal if he is getting sick , has upper respiratory problems with excess mucus ,constipated or has indigestion . It is best to offer him more fluids and carbohydrates in the form of pretzels , crackers , toast or applesauce . If symptoms persist or vomit is green then see a Doctor immediately.
