Cool mist vaporizer: And keep hydrated. If nasal congestion saline nasal spray and bulb suction. If worse see doctor.

Cough: That your son is without fever and acting as his usual self, is a good sign. However, because of his young age, it's best to be a little more vigilant. We can start with a cool mist vaporizer and see if that helps. If it doesn't, or his cough worsens, i recommend you consult with his doctor.
