Epididymitis-orchit?: You may have an infection in the testicle or in the epidydimus, a structure adjacent to and to the rear of your testicle. Even though you may be treated correctly, the pain can last for a week or two after. The pain can be treated with rest/ice pack, etc. See mayoclinic web site.
