I do unprotected vaginal and oral sex with sex workers. after that i experienced lesions in the groin and testicles and itching of the urinary tract of the penis. i was tested negative for 18 days. and cmia test at 32 days. is it conclusive?

Presumably the CMIA test was for HIV. If so, the negative result at 32 days is quite reliable but not conclusive. To be certain, test again after 6 weeks. Otherwise not enough information to comment: Wat sort of "lesions" did you develop? What does "itching of the urinary tract" mean?

having unprotected sex with sex workers is like asking for trouble. Yes it is conclusive under the range of accracy but no test is 100% fool proof. Best is to take precaution during vaginal sex and stop oral -to avoid infections. Good luck
