R/O ANXIETY : After a stressful event our fight or flight response is initiated and can heighten are awareness of everything. It also may cause you to breath quicker . More rapid breathing can cause carbon dioxide to build up. This results in nausea ,numbness and tingling. Follow up with your doctor for exam and treatment options . Also I recommend the ANXIETY AND PHOBIA WORKBOOK. Good overview of treatment
