Heat and headaches: Sun overexposure can cause headache and nausea, most worrisome is heat stroke in old terms. However, simple dehydration can cause these symptoms, especially if you live in a drier climate. Some migraine patients get headaches on exposure to light from the sun, without the need for over exposure to heat.
