Noticed today a yellow hue to my eyes and they look bloodshot, suffering six months with fatigue related symptoms, bloods normal but mcv somewhat low?

Fatigue - yellow -: The yellow eyes suggest this could be a liver problem but there are a lot of other things we look for with chronic fatigue. The fatigue could be a sleep disorder. The low MCV could be low iron or thalasemmia.
