Headache: You may have neuralgia involving the superficial nerve over the right eye but this wouldn't cause a ruptured vessel or subconjunctival hemorrhage. I recommend that you have an examination by your physician if headache persists and he/she will determine whether it's advisable to see an ophthalmologist for the subconjunctival hemorrhage which usually resolves without any specific treatment.
