Think head: Prolonged vomiting and headache should also be evaluated for a Neurological cause if the abdominal work up is negative. Most common thought is migraines. I would ask your doctor to perform a full neurological exam next time in office. How is behavior? Any changes in personality or loss of skills in language/reading/math?
