Nothing to do: Your thyroid function is normal. The high antibodies are consistent with having autoimmune thyroid disease, but one cannot treat the autoimmune part. Sometimes people with autoimmune diseases can have an autoimmune response against their ovaries, affecting fertility, but this is not related to thyroid function. You should have thyroid levels done again once you are pregnant.
