Heat and drain maybe: Frequently a boil might need to be drained with a simple incision. Antibiotics will not penetrate the area of puss collection well. It looks like this was not your case at the time. Possibly the treatment you have now will take care of it. Also applying warm compress over it may help it also. There are other"home remedies"described"out there' but none that for sure work as far as I know.
