New lipstick?: Sudden rashes or bumps can be due to a new skin care product, cosmetic, sunscreen, or lip gloss, or even toothpaste or mouthwash. Stop anything new that you have begun using in the last month, including soaps, detergents, perfumes, etc. If this does not resolve in a few days, see a doc for a better answer based on an in-person exam.
