Yes: If you're smoking you had better be on fire. Smoking anything will cause serious bodily harm.

Unfortunately: There have not been a sufficient amount of studies on the effects of e-cigarettes to make a conclusion on whether or not the additional chemicals in the e-cigarettes liquid cause oral or dental health problems.
