Benign: This report is fine. Cysts in the breast are common. They are fluid filled structures which are benign. You should continue to monitor your breast once yearly like all women over 50 years are advised to do(Mammography) screening for early detection of breast Cancer.

A cyst with: a thin internal septation is by definition a BIRADS 2 finding. A BIRADS 2 code means "benign", the chance of malignancy is well below 1%. Nothing to worry about.
