Hi there! i'm concerned about this painless mouth ulcer (possibly a mucocele) i have for about 3 months now. it's abt .2 cm in dia. & it's red in color. what could this mean? thanks for your help!

See your dentist: An ulcer of a small size and short duration , perhaps a few days, might be best monitored. Your lesion while small should have resolve long before 3 months. See a medical or dental professional soon for an evaluation.

See a dentist or PCP: If you have any oral lesion and it does not clear in 3-4 weeks, see your dentist or PCP and get a professional examination and opinion.
