See an oral surgeon!: Please see and oral surgeon for an evaluation. Ulcers under the tongue are of high suspicion. It needs to be looked at and likely biopsied to see if it is a cancer. Any lesion in the oral cavity that is persistent for more than 7 days needs to be looked at. The sooner the diagnosis the better your treatment options and outcome are.
