Secondary Syphilis: This rash could be syphilis-as it characteristically affects the palms and soles of the feet. Of course this is a sexually transmitted disease-so I would want to know your exposure history. You need to show this to a doctor, preferably an Infectious Diseases specialist who would know for sure what it was and how to best treat you. It is completely treatable but you need a proper dx. It's not HFMD!
