Ive had a ulcer on the head of my penis for a while now and im trying to see if i can diagnose what it is. i havent had sex in about a year, its only red, its painless and itch less?

Painless ulcer on Penis could be chancre caused by syphilis. Chancres are painless, itchless and take some time to appear. Hope it isn't, but needs to be checked out in any case. Will respond to antibiotics if syphilis.
