Back, testis, prosta: You did not mention injury, which could be the source of pain. Prostate infection can cause all three but most of time with fever and some voiding troubles. The testis, unless swollen and tender to touch is problem not the cause. One more. A bulging disc at L3-4or 4/5 can cause groin and testis pain. You need urology exam. Don't wait any longer.
