Absolutely not: For over a decade during which there was no treatment, not a single family member of an HIV-positive person was infected except through sex or sharing needles. Cuddling, kissing, cleaning up bloody cuts, and just being a loving family carries zero risk. You'd be doing yourself and those around you a terrible disservice to let these fears darken your thoughts. Best wishes.
