Biatrial enlargement: This is a finding on your ekg which can indicate that your atria or upper portion of your heart is larger than normal for your age and sex. The gold standard is to do an echocardiogram to measure the atria and determine if you do have this. Often it is due to high blood pressure or heart valve disease.
