Meant to say the pain started suddenly. saw doctor yesterday and they did a. ecg which was clear. but found urinary infection. but the pain in my arm is too much and worse today despite taking mydpain ?

Arm pain: Since the arm pain has worsened and can't be explained by a urinary infection, I feel you should be reexamined. The severe pain could be caused by a primary inflammation of a nerve in the arm or if a joint(elbow,shoulder) from acute tendinitis which is worsened by motion of the involved joint. Associated sweats, nausea, shortness of breath, chest discomfort would suggest cardiac origin.
