Constipation : Most common cause is your diet. For a week write down everything you eat (breakfast,lunch,dinner, snacks). Then look it over and eliminate all of the foods known to cause constipation -i.e. Rice, oatmeal,barley,milk, bananas, you will notice a change in his stool pattern.
