Had lower back pain on and off for a few month now and it's making me struggle at work, more recently i've been slightly constipated and found mucus in the stool that i was producing, headaches have started also, could they be linked?

Back pain. : Back pain is not always from the spine. Certainly there could be some link to your back pains, constipation, headache and stool. At this point, a visit to a Gastroenterologist would be wise. Some testing may be helpful.
