Syphilis?: One of the few conditions that causes rashes in palms and soles is Syphilis. Tinea is a fungal infection that can also do this. Palmo-pustular psoriasis is another. I suggest you go and see a dermatologist. Get a TPA (alteplase) test and RPR to make sure it isn't syphilis.
