had athletic foot for awhile now a rash has developed of palms of hands & bottom of foot rash not open sores but raised bumps any suggestions or ideas?

See a dermatologist: It is difficult to make a proper diagnosis since I am not there to see the condition. I recommend seeing a dermatologist so that they can make a proper diagnosis and give you something to get rid of the condition or relieve symptoms.

See doctor: There are many potential answers . Since the rash goes away in 10 mins or so, it does not appear to be from a contact allergen or hives.
