See neurologist also: Numbness in the face is a symptom of Trigeminal Neuropathy. The trigeminal nerve is the main sensory nerve of the face. The list of conditions that can cause numbness is large. It's very important to have a careful evaluation by a neurologist as well as an ENT specialist, unless ENT comes up with the cause.
