Rash: Steven Johnson syndrome is usually more pronounced with the rash. One small area would be unusual. Get it checked out by your pcp. The medication you are on needs to be titrated when you stop.

Distinctly uncommon: Restarting lamotrigine after being on the medication safely and having Steven Johnson Syndrome would be unusual. However, would still have the rash be evaluated since it might be something else.
